I HAVE TO USE THIS FORUM OF THIS BROTHERHOOD TO THANK PAULFUN FOR HIS ASSISTANCE TO ME CONCERNING MY CARB PROBLEMS. HE SPOKE TO ME WITH PATIENCE VIA PHONE AND MADE ME UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM AND SOLUTION. THAT IS WHAT THIS SITE IS ALL ABOUT AND I'M GLAD TO HAVE BEEN MADE AWARE OF THE SITE BY WUPUTT WHO REACHED OUT TO ME WHEN HE SAW THAT I WAS SEARCHING EBAY FOR A PARTICULAR ITEM. YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST AND I THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION AND HELP!:notworthy:
NOW PICTURE FOR A MINUTE HOW A SURFER GUY WOULD SOUND WHEN HE SAYS
"YOU GUYS ROCK!"

You hit the nail on the head paul. I looked at the butterflies when i took the carbs off and found the two enriching ports just oncovered. I took the whole thing apart, cleaned and adjusted the carb and floats, and put it back in. She started right away and idled way low but steady (i synchronized the butterflies by eye and closed them down before putting the carbs back on). When i synched the carbs the second time, they were barely off, but now are spot on. Boy is she sensitive to throttle now...
When in the new york area, come and stay for wednesday bike and car shows at bear mountain state park! Lets do a grog or six and hang out with the oldies!

He's an enigma, wrapped in a mystery and topped off with a generous dollop of HUH???
He is the stuff of legend and the source of your dreams.
He is Wuputt.
He can slam revolving doors and win a game of Connect Four in 3 moves.
He is Wuputt.
He is the unstoppable force AND the immovable object.
They can't EVER name a hurricane after him, because it would tear a hole in the space/time continuum, and be the end of everything.....Honestly.
Steven Hawking asked Wuputt for advice once, and you see what happened.
He is Wuputt.

I often hear of someone named Wuputt but there seldom if ever seems to be a sighting. I vaguely recall him as I once believed he was going to deliver 3 WATER PUMPS WHICH ARE NEEDED FOR REPAIRS ON MY VERY REAL ZL9...He said by mail. I said NO , INPERSON....I wished to see if he was real or not,,,,alas I suspect he is the stuff of imagination.

I have a few pumps in a box but don't remember any of them coming from anyone called "Lowlife"! I do however have a box of new bearings and seals with that very name on them!
All the pumps I have on the shelf require the elusive "oddball" inner seal!

I need to rebuild mine also but have no idea where to get the parts cause everything I looked for lacked the inner seal.

Wuputt once made a burrito so hot God couldn't eat it.
He also currently holds the land speed record, breaking it on a bicycle with no front tire and no rear chain.
There is no such thing as anacondas, only Wuputt's sperm that got away.
