A few guys met up at my place this weekend - as ZLMark stated - it was a spur of the moment thing. ZLMark, Markus56, and WillyD headed over. They are on their way back home now. Here's a couple of pics.

Man just got home 20 min ago. My ass is very, very sore! I think zlfancypaint deserves some type of iron butt award for riding that bike from FLA to OH!!!! Had a great time seeing you guys again and the ride was just awesome!! The zl is running like a swiss watch

I was out today too.That wind was bad.I had about a 30mile stretch heading south,I was going 60-65mph and it felt like I was going a 100 plus.Other than that it was very nice out.Even got a little sunburn.

Very nice! Perfect weather too! Mark, you got a lot more to get sore than Beth does!

Good time...good ridin....I made good time coming home...was able to keep it between 80-90 mph....Still had a nasty crosswind even headed north...Got into a touch of rain the last 20 miles...mostly just wet road...

Can't wait to do it again...

Yea, Jarney I snapped a pic of him. Took a few pics of the Ohio countryside and road along with one of the many small towns I passed through. Although it takes a little longer taking the state routes instead of the interstate it's a much nicer ride with smoother roads, curves and much less traffic. Any traffic I came upon was easily dismissed, with a twist of the wrist!

glad you guys had fun, & made it back safely ! i'm bummed that i could'nt make it on short notice, but all is well. i had fun. spent the weekend with my daughter. we went horseback riding, & bowling on sat. CHRIS

Well, glad everyone made it back home in one piece and didn't get caught in any nasty weather. Sorry about the lack of entertainment in this area. Next time we will make a "Casino Run" - Hoosier Downs horse track that just opened up a gamlbing casino on site or go up to the college bars near Ball State University - well known as a party college - hahaha. First of all, thanks for the invite Mark! I had a great time being with like minded guys and talkin' Eliminators. Although we are all different in alot of ways I'm sure, the one thing I've noticed after meeting some of the members already is that all have the same big passion/obsession for these bikes as I know that I have for them. It really does feel like a family here because of that shared fact and the way we step up to help each other out.:headbang: Never met a better group of people in my life.....that's for sure! We need to have more of these get togethers than in years past and I hope we can make it a new trend amongst us here. I'm soooo looking forward to meeting many more members at Mid-Ohio this year!! There's no reason why we shouldn't do a few more meetings during the season too. It was great to meet you this time Bill and hope to see you again soon. Good to see you again Jared and don't worry about the lack of entertainment......had a great time just hangin' out with everybody!!!!:winkcool: The radar detector came in awful handy yesterday but past the century mark, ya' gotta' watch that little red light awful close or he'll have ya' before you can let off!:icon_twisted: Till our next get together....Ride on Brothers!!!!

i'm with ya bro !!!!! this is a great family to belong to !!!!! i would definately be in for more ZL-OA meets throughout the year. sorry i missed this trip to jarney's after talking to you on phone, i thought hell yeah !!!! lets do it ! but it being spur of the moment when you guys decided to go, (mark called me night before appologising for short notice. ) i already made plans with my daughter for the weekend. again, i'm glad you all made it there & back safely, & i look forward to meeting up with you guys next time around !
