Does anyone know if the zl900 choke cable is available anywhere? I just got my bike two weeks ago and just realized the choke cable isn't connected. Also, I just found out tonight that my decelerator cable is broken. Anybody know if that is a major problem? My bike seems to be running fine? But I would like to bring it back to excellent condition.

You might check out Motion pro- I'm looking at upgrading all lines to stainless steel. I spoke with a guy named Toby- he said they could also do the clutch line

to the best of my knowledge, the choke cable is no longer available from kaw., but not 100% sure on that ! i'm currently looking for a choke cable for a zl600 ( non existant ) i have been told by several members to check out Motion Pro. they custom make cables. CHRIS

Thanks for the quick replies. I went to look at Motion Pro, and now I should be all set. They had the cables I was looking for.

Still curious about the decelerating cable, but I'm going to order one anyway.

Absolutely order the closing cable. Guess what happens when the opening cable snaps when you're WFO!!

I just replaced all my lines with stainless including both throttle cables and choke cable. I have the OEM cables if anyone is interested.

Chris, I sent you an email about 2 months ago with a listing for the cable. Did you not get it? I no longer have a copy of the sent email or I would resend it to you.

furchin, i do not think i got it. if i did it may have accidently been deleted .
