question about "luminous red"

My bike is in "luminous red". Is this an metallic-paint or uni? Because my front-fender and my lightning-case a in little metallic, the rest seems like an uni-red.

What is the right paint?

Somewhere on this forum I recall seeing a discussion regarding the "luminous red" formulation. As I recall, it was about 6-7 months ago that I first saw it. Possibly you can do a keyword search and locate that discussion. To my recollection it delineated by type of ingredient and quantity amount of that ingredient needed to achieve the correct luminous red formulation.

It is my understanding that there is a gold metalflake and a silver metalflake covered with a "candy" red. When I tried to match it the paint guys looked at me like a deer in the headlights. I no longer go to that paint guy.
