trike update engine rebuild

Hi all
trike update
Haven’t been here for a while had a long stay in hospital now waiting for an operation 5 weeks to go.
Now the important bit the trike got it started today but there’s a very big but! 2 cylinders are down on compression so full engine rebuild next week.
Can anyone suggest the best place in uk to get the parts needed for a complete rebuild.
