ZL600 Thermostat and Radiator Cap

Hi all. I remember seeing a post like this a while back for the 900, but can't seem to find it. Does anyone here know if the thermostat and/or radiator cap for the '96 ZL600 can be replaced with less expensive parts from another bike? The stock parts are about $25 each, and it just hurts to spend $50 for those 2 things. I need to replace mine so I'll pony up if I have to, but cheaper alternatives are always appreciated. Thanks.

You should be able to pull those out take them to your favorite import automotive parts and match them up, if you do please post up the #'s for future reference!!
