Depending on the size and type (bias ply vs. radial) They range from under $100.00 to as much as you will want to spend, go to Bike Bandit or even better Dennis Kirk, put in the year, make, model and you can look up all of the parts available, I got a larger (170/80-15) rear tire than stock for my 900, from Dennis Kirk, and if you spend $100.00, they ship to you for free!
Good Luck!!!

I have delt with Dennis Kirk for many years now and cant say a bad word about any aspect of them.
I have read that some people have gotten a 180~200! on thier Eli, I cant fathom haow they did it, I have a 170 michelin and there isnt any room left for anything wider than a piece of paper between the shaft and tire edge

I dunno either, I got a 170 Wild Flare (flame tread pattern) on mine it fills out the back of the bike so well, it just looks cool.

Yeah, I can, I am going to get a 120 for the front too, unfortunately, my bike is tore down to the frame right now, ready for paint, so I don't know if I have a pic with the WF on the back or not, look, suffice to say, it fills the back up, and it looks cool, I get tons of compliments from people, even when I am sitting at stoplights, people ask me all the time if I had it made custom. It's a good feeling!

What is the rating on that tire you have?.... thise this iz a z rated tire....dont think I will "need" the z rating but its comforting to know its there..... Makes my bike go 160+ they tell me...........hahahahahah

I believe the Wild Flare tires are H rated, 120 mph, I believe, and those ratings are for steady speeds, I don't know if I would want to hold my ZL at 120 for long, They have great traction and do really smoky burnouts!
 :) :D     :!: :!: :!:

I have rear on my other 900:
http://www.zl-oa.extremeoutlawracing.com/modules.php?name=gallery2&g2_itemId=471
180/55 17" Pirelli Diablo Corsa and front 120/70 18" Diablo Strada on modified original rims, widened rear to 6*17" and front 3,5*18" 8)

On those my eli wont slip at all, it only raise front wheel even if i lie as far on the front wheel i can 8O these tires are the best improvement i have made to my eli

On stock 15" rear rims i have used in past years on my 900´s Avon 170/80, Mezeler 170/80 Michelin 170/80, and original 160/80 Dunlop which is the worst of all those  and Avon is the best
