I will be switching to pods, what should I do with all of the vacuum lines, I know I will need to keep some of them for the fuel tank etc., but I won't need all of them and what should I do to 'clean up' the area?
If anyone can help me and possibly post pics, I would surely appreciate it.
Thanks alot!

ps...What about the transmission vent, I heard mention of putting a filter on it, and definately do not plug it, what's the consensus?

One vac line goes to the petcock, one to the purge signal for the vapor system, the other 2 get capped or tied together. Nothing really changes with pods. The is a large vapor line that did go into the stock airbox, I have yet to find a good use for it, I just put a small filter on it and tucked it under the seat. I plan on tying it into the reed valves on top of the valve cover one of these days. Yes, the crankcase needs to remain vented or the pressure will find another way out, usually in the spark plug cavity. I took the 90* rubber elbow off the bottom of the airbox, slipped it back on the case vent and secured it with a small black zip tie. I then hooked up a small length of hose to a filter I had mounted to the frame. I used one of these filters:

I bolted it to the frame where the airbox was bolted. Almost looks like it's been there all along.
