WOW is all I could say - it's called Alumaloy.

Watched a demo, they had a broken off ear on a flywheel case used this stuff to completely build up and attach a whole new ear on the case - shaped it, drilled it and wallah the case repaired and STRONGER than the original.

They then showed some smaller demo's on cracked and broken al u minnie yuum and in every facet it worked great.

Simplicity of use was even more awesome, the stuff looks like a welding rod and all you need is a propane torch. You heat the repair site until the surface begins to puddle then you heat this stuff and begin filling - you don't have to stop fill stop fill just keep it all hot until you get where you want - it has to air cool - then you can shape it.

Wow, there may be some salvation there if Rick's head is cracked (the head on his ZL, not his HEAD, head). Something to look into anyways, thanks, Bull!!!

I seen that demo on TV. looks awesome. I'll bet you can repair aluminum that has been rashed too.

Not sure what they used to repair it, but I've seen rims repaired from curb damage and you have to look pretty close to see the difference in the metals.
