You can still get the manuals from Buykawasaki.com for about $27 US each I think. I just use my printer to make a manual to use outside, works for me. I've got all 3 plus the parts manual on my computer.

Ok thanks guys, I knew that the GPZ was the base, now next stupid question: "since the GPZ had diff carbs, diff cams, diff frame, diff brakes, just diff all the way around, is there any information in that manual we reall cant do without?... as long as we have the supliment we should be good to go correct?

The ZL supplement is really vague on things that are covered in the GPZ manual. If you try and look up things like torque specs or anything that is common to both bikes, it will only be in the GPZ book. I would get the GPZ first if I had a choice.
