Well I just got home from an exhausting drive to have a pro-gpz spend some time with Mr. Eliminator,
Pronosis, great, Carbs are now dialed in within 1/4 lb of ea other, new pilot jets installed, and it starts and runs very will, as for the head, no reason found why the #1 plug boot would be getting "wet" but it seems the head is good.,
As for the damn airbox... well he couldnt get it mounted either boots are just too stiff, so he rejetted for single Pods, and recoended cutting the center out of the box, so the side covers can still be used and it will have the "sock apearance", I dont know, seems those rubbers are still avail but at a tick over 20 bucks ea I may just go with the box bods and cone filters.
It seems to have an intermitten miss as it it idles kinda rough, compaird to a GPZ need to replace the rocker cover gasket anyway so he felt a valve adj will be the cure,... I could ride it as it TODAY,... time for nuts and bolt details,.....

Glad to hear the head is good. Looks like you'll be ready to ride before spring. If you have the stock 22 yr old wires/plug caps you might want to get them replaced too.
