There are several ways to add links to your posts. Here's a few.
Type it out. www.zl-oa.com (http://www.zl-oa.com)
Copy and paste it by highlighting the text right click copy then right click and paste on the message.
Or by using vbcode (http://www.zl-oa.com/forums/misc.php?do=bbcode)
