Maybe i'm nuts, or maybe it was a fluke.. I wasn't on for a day or two. When I logged on I saw several forum sectons which were yellow tagged as having new messages. I went to the discussion and read one messsage, then I had to run so I shut down my browser and left. I came back about an hour later and fired up my browser. When I got to the site no tags were yellow. I checked the forums and I noticed several new messages I know I never saw. I signed out and back in, refreshed my browser. I know no one was on my computer while I was gone...
Am I going nuts?

I think it marks them as read when you shut down the browser. when i visit the forum i click on "view posts since last visit" and always use the browser back button to return the the list of new posts until i've made it through them.........hope this helps

Here's another one that I'm not sure if it's me or just the way it works. It's no big deal, just odd. If I sign on, go to the main forum page, I can see the yellow stuff that says there are new messages in various threads. If I have a private message and go to read it first, then back to the forums, it does the same thing - shows all messages had been read. No biggie, just odd the way it works. Later.

Jarney it's not just you, mine pops up in a tab, i'll ignore that tab until i'm done reading posts, then click on the tab to go to my inbox.

Ya know jarney.. I did read a message from my mailbox right before I left... that could be what triggered it..
Thanks for confirming that i'm not as crazy as I thought...
