chris and I are going to put together a streamlined post reguarding the installation of the veypor gage set up for the zl series. I will submit it when chris and I agree that it is ready. It is my hope that this submission will be included in the tech. library.
This is an extreemly cool product that has alot of awesome data acqusition possibilities;. as well as offers an option to modernize the instramentation of the zl's out there. I have not yet had the time necessary to experiment with the many functions available. Howerver I have installed and found the basic instramentation to function flawlessly. thus far I am extreemly satisfied.
I have been communicating with veypor staff reguarding some questions that I have about the advanced veypor functions and they have been helpfull in answering my questions. They have a "referral" program. the way that this works is if a current veypor owner referrs the product to a new buyer, the buyer and the person providing the refferal both get twenty bucks. The buyer gets this in the form of a discount.
I was thinking that the veypor guys might be willing to work something out with you ... this being in line with your goal of funding zloa with advertisers dollars. I will ask them if they are willing to work out a referal program for users groups if you would like. Assuming that this is acceptable with you, and with the veypor boys, I would then put you and them in direct contact to work out the arrangements. Please advise as to wether or not you would like me to ask this question of them.
