Hey guys,
As you may or may not know I'm not happy with our current hosting and will be moving our site real soon. I'm looking at AN Hosting at the moment. So far they have the space, bandwidth, features and of course cost I'm looking for. They aren't the cheapest but not the most expensive either. I wanted to go with a proven host the VentureRiders use but they won't allow our chatroom and the chat they offer is crap. So after 4 days of searching and reading terms of service agreements I think we will be switching to AN Hosting(MidPhase Hosting) I just want to have one more conversation with them and throw this out here for you in case you know of a better host. If you belong to other sites who have shown good performance, could you find out who is hosting them for me?
Once the move is made I will start buying licensed software and setup a test site. When the smoke clears our site will be very similiar to:
http://www.kawasakimotorcycle.org/forum/
http://www.zrxoa.org/index.html
http://www.venturerider.org/
I really like the flow of the site now and will try to maintain most of it.
I plan on buying professional graphics and/or themes to further enhance the site. Comments and suggestions are always welcome.
