.....I think it happened, I came to my senses and have decided it will be necessary for me to miss MidOhio this year....2 kids this young, and the hotel prices are RIDICULOUS.....Besides, I got screwed out of 2 rooms so far...It just strikes me as a bad idea, and it will give me time (and MONEY) to get more work done on my ride.....We'll see, it just seems like alot of BS for this at this point in time.....CRAP.....

MAN, THAT SUCKS BRO ! but i understand, family first ! especially those little ones !!!! hey listen, dad & i, were talking, & we're thinking of a good roadtrip. if things work out, we'd like to get a small group of zl-oa members together for a ride, & come to visit this summer ! :D

if anyone else would like to come along for the ride, & hang out with moab, & lowlife too !! :D please let me know, so we can plan

Are you sure you are ready for that ride? That is 750 miles to Moabs door! I should know, I have made that trip at least 30 times in a car, 13 hours and rarely slowed down to the speed limit!

You better plan on 4 to 6 days of riding, when is the last time you put 350 miles on in one day?

i know i can handle the trip ! been several years since i've ridden that much in a day, but if we generate enough interest & have more members ride along, & someone take turns driving my truck w/trailer, we will be able to take turns riding, & resting while still moving towards mn. like i said in other post, i'm trying to get some interest from members . i know we all have work, & things to worry about, & dates of trip too, in order for this to happen, so, at this point it's just an idea, but i think we can bring this idea to life.

besides, if my dad can ride that far at his age, i know us younger guys can do it ! :D
