Hope you guys like it! There's lots to do on my end. I have to get all the downloads. Fix a few bugs. Learn how to administrate. Gotta rewrite the chat-view to work here. ETC! ETC!

There are a buttload of new features for the members. I wanted to get this all in place so we all can start building on the great owners association we have now. Take a moment to edit your profile and keep an eye out for custom profile feilds. I hope everything made it here!

BTW click on UserCP on the above NavBar and edit all the profile options to include your birthday, zl's owned, profile picture, avatar, etc

Check out mine or Chris' we have ours done

Looks good Mark no doubt it will take all of us some time to get used to it. I think I speak for all when i say your work does not go unappreciated. My PM box says 47 messages 94% full. Not true may be a bug just lettin ya know.

Hey Mark how can i make it so I can read these things in the order they are take as opposed to reading them in reverse. Everything is backwards. I have looked and can't find anything to reverse it... Also how about the ebay portal?

You might be over the size limit. which I currently don't know what I have it set at. What size file is it?

I've shunk it to under 84 X 100 pix and 2,342 bytes and it still won't work?

Love the look and additional user options mark, but it takes ages for me to download any pages or threads, it's not your fault, it's always been the same for me with all vBulletin forums or graphic dominated webpages. It's due to my pitifully slow and antiquated copper wire, dial-up connection speed (19.2kbps).

Still keep up the improvements.

When I clicked into the site, I was not logged in (but thought I was) and was able to get straight into the member list showing all our email addresses etc. Is this how it's supposed to be? If it is I'll be deleting my email addy etc.

KKOOOPS! So much for the permission duplication tools! I got them all straight you have to be registered and logged in to view the memberslist and calendar now. Thanks for pointing this out!

Scroll Down at the bottom of the posting page there is a little box titled "Posting Rules" click and read all about vbcode to help you more. You'll be a "Post Master" before you know it. It should be good now. I was in the process of adding and editing. unfortunately for this to work I have to make a dummy download and then move the file into place on the server and edit the DB. You probably got to it before I moved the file and edited the db

i noticed that my pm box said it was full, when signing on to new website. i just deleted all the messeges in my inbox & sent messeges at that time. must have transfered all old ones when setting up new site, but all is well !!!! CHRIS

I have dealt with Forum changes elsewhere and the one ALWAYS and FOREVER unresolved issue has been old links to within the site. I was just reading in a thread that had a link to somewhere else in the site and of course it didn't work.... All of the other sites have eventually posted something about what part of the linked URL to change in your browser so that you can get to the information that was linked......

any suggestions?

Has anybody figured out how to tell if there are new posts and if you have read them yet? I liked the old feature of being able to read unread posts, but I can't figure out how to tell if I've read one or not... I'm just lazy, the old sight figured that out for me.The best way to browse the forums is to enter the forums through the links rather than the news module on the home page. You can also click on "new posts" on the NavBar and then run through the posts by using the browser back. The bold is removed from links visited......hope this helps.

I don't care for how browsing the messages listed under News on the homepage works and will be changing that whole thing up to display News and not forum posts

Well, I guess that Mark is still fine tuning this thing. I have noticed that my message number has doubled, like the program is counting not only the messages I got, but also the ones that sent. That might be adjustable but, sinc I don't have as many messages
as the older members, its not an issue for me. I have bookmarked the CP page and have been using that to log in and start from.

It was a post of yours that brought it to my attention. If it is something I think I need and cant find another way I'll PM the poster about it... I was just wondering if you have figured out a general rule for translation, or if there is one. I know you are working your tail off getting all the changes made and updating everything.

BTW, I do the photoshop and animated gif work for another site I am a member of.... if you need any help in that department shoot me a message.

Yeah, I'm very interested actually. I find it is extremely slow to upload any page, if it does at all, sometimes it just times out and I've got to manually refresh the page before I can see any threads, etc.

I changed over to the "Legacy" skin, in the CP Users "Options", it now seems to upload a lot quicker, not as fast at the old site, but a definite improvement over uploading the "vEmerald" skin, which is a real pity, 'cause I really liked that skin.

One small critisism is with this skin, I've found that anyone using the "chartreuse" (bright green) colour choice to colour their text in a thread or signature is very difficult to read on this blue/grey background though.

sorry but as long s we have nice weather and my back can take it I'm out riding. but I enjoy droping in and saying hi and hearing from all my fellow ZL riders.
Just wish I could ride the ZL more then I do, I hit a bump on it Saturday and I had to pull over and get off the bike for a few min.

Wow !!

my computer died this week and finally had to buy a new one. so today was the first time I really got to experiance the new site with the proper colors and all functions working.

must say its way nicer than what i was seeing with that old pos i was using.
