trouble logging in

Mark when I go to log in it seems to accept it till I go to forums
then they are all locked as if I aint logged in
I usually have to go back and log out a few times before it seems to let me navigate the site.

Is there anything I can do to aleviate this problem as the past few times it has taken at least 12 tries before it let me in

Any time you experience problems with your pc reboot. If it's internet site related delete cookies.
