old chat

I'm sure this was mentioned before but I was gone for the first week of the new site..

I miss the old chat which said which users were on, in the main page.Then at a glance I could always see if anyone was chatting it up without having to load the chat room just to see it's empty.

I'm sure mark has a good reason for going back to the older one, probably cost or compatibility issues. I just wanted to throw my two cents in.

The chatview block.. It's the same chat but you can't see who's in the chat room unless your on the forum home page at the bottom

The most chatters online in one day was 4, Today.
No one is currently using the chat.

Thanks for the heads up, I wonder if that block can be programmed in to the sidebar 'Who's Online' block...

Log into chat room and make sure your speakers are on. any time someone enters you will hear them entering and can keep the chat room minimized untill you feel like talking

yeah, i go in chat room quite often, but nobody likes me !, & does'nt want to chat with me !!!!! HA HA HA !!!! CHRIS
