Enter ebay through the ad, scroll down to the bottom and find this line:

Woah, you got the option to opt out? When they did it over here a couple of months ago there was no option to opt out, they just did it randomly to 10% of the people that logged on. Only way I got rid of it was to complain on one of the forums, along with the hundreds of other people that asked for the old search back.
