    Hi all:

I'm still a VMax Owners Association Member, and I will post some queries on their website (www.vmoa.net) and see if I can find out how this was done.

(Also, by the way, the VMax is 1198 cc, NOT 1200 cc, like the ebay poster here says it is....good to know at insurance purchase time!)

Oh, by the way, I can also tell from the images of the bike that the right side of the swingarm (the side opposite of the geared side) is a modification...it's NOT the OEM.

    These guys make the kit.
    Maybe they can answer questions?

I'm curious as to how they widen a shaft-driven bike.

    I`m running a 180 w/the M/S rear wheel.
I had a 190 on it and it rubbed just a little on the shaft side, not enough
to stop it from turning,I prolly could`ve shaved a tad off
with a blade and been fine.
I may look into notching the shaft side to get wider on the rear
tyre as I still get wheel spin in 1st,2nd and 3rd.

Can't seem to drop on any Meanstreak wheels over here in the UK
May have to look at getting one shipped in from abroad :pale:

Harder for me to find than a wheel is a Mean Streak rear brake caliper!
If you're hunting & you find both, snatch 'em up quick!

I've had my MS rear wheel for 2 months now, still searching for a brake.
