I bought the bike for 250$ mint almost little rust but i got it home rode up the street and back twice and pulled in driveway all of the overflow valves are flooded and the air box was filled with gas. I think the carb is stuck open but i looked and it was not. WHAT COULD IT BE. and how to fix it.
