dies with no choke

going to do a carb adjust and sync and valve adjust and i have located a possible vacuum leak at air valve hoses and air valve was dirty so i cleaned that and havent put it back together yet. i also pulled off the petcock and checked to make sure the rubber gasket isnt torn and it were good...
