1. Guest,
We need good tech writers that are willing to help out here at ZL-OA. If you like taking photos of jobs as you perform the steps on your repairs, have historical ads/documents from old magazines, or any else you think belongs in the Technical Library than you might be able to help. Send a private message to Furchin, Mudrunner88, Chris, Jarney, Wuputt, or Markus56 and we can lead you in the right direction to get started.

:hello: Today I made an easy $250 putting in a new OEM secondary clutch unit and an OEM drive belt on a King Quad. Time spent 3 hours. The SUZUKI Dealer wanted over $500 for labor to do this job. I told the girl that the job for labor would be $125. She was so happy to have back her quad that she insisted on giving me twice what I wanted. She also needs the inner fixed drive plate replaced. It has 2 heat cracks in it. I told her that I'd install it for free that it was my fault that I didn't see the cracks before I ordered parts. The part will be here Friday. Her outer drive plate was about to exsploed. I also pulled out her front end. I loosened up all the bolts a bit and hooked the quad up to a tree using a strap and backed up really easy in 4 wheel drive. :laughing7:. :hello: The girl is only 20 years old and her front end is rather on the small side. :laughing7:.
