Searching for advise

Hi guys.

My name is Francisco and Im from Argentina.

First I want to congratulate you for this website. Is really good.

Here I want to buy a 1990 Eliminator 250.

It seems in excellente condition but It has 56000 miles.

Does anybody knows if it is too much or what is the maximum miles for this bikes / engines?

I dont want too much trouble because spare parts are pretty expensive here!!

I'm thinking of going out to yellowstone again this year. Haven't been there for a few years. We stay with a hotel owner from Mn. He is (but isn't really) a guide. Usually he tells you at the beginning of your day. I will take you to places you have never been, I will scare the hell out of you, but I will bring you back in 1 piece. He lives up to that motto.I've ridden sled as long as I have motorcycles and this guy scared the He11 out of me on a couple of ocassions.Heart in the throat type stuff. Got some great stories from out there, if I get to Mid Ohio you guys will find out I'm a storyteller ( Not fabricator!)once i loosen up a bit,( Must be Mn thing eh MOAB :-)) Kinda quiet for a while though.

At the end of your day you can pull your sled into his shop to meltdown/repair, then soak up the brews if that is your thing. Great place to go, friendly and awesome once you get off the beaten path. If there are no Hardcores out there then this thread will die a quick death. JK

lowlife seems to have alot of good stories....And you are funny as hell too!!!
Still coming over on Friday???
moab...
