A helmet that old should not be used because over time the inner foam & shell losses it's density. Also the foam will separate form the inner shell. I've seen some cheaper helmets separate/split when just putting them on. I had a cheap helmet that had a seam down the middle that split in half when it fell from my bike & hit the concrete & it was not even 5 years old.

Agreed RJ! That helmet looks used, abused, and dropped. Should have been thrown away and some fool is looking for $50 for it. I can buy a closeout helmet new for cheaper if I look. I would never buy a used helmet.

If you are DUMB enuff to wear a helmet that old,then you sir are a dumb ars!!!!! Helmets that old are good for dispaly only! Not meaning the first helmet,just the old SHELL!
