heated grips

Anyone have heated grips? If so which ones, where did u get them, and how hard are they to install? Thanks

In my case I found that their product description "countoured grips and thermal regulator" actually meant straight grips with a mesh type texture and the regulator was in fact just a switch. In any case I was happy with both of these although you may be able to e-mail them to verify if they have different models which are actually contoured and not just textured.

The advantage with the simple 3 position switch system is that it has no additional electronics to fail (other than an in-line fuse). The switch simply changes the circuit to the grips from OFF to parrallel to series (high and low). The temps are great and they only cost me AUD99.00. The only issue with fitting is that 24hr araldite (epoxy) must be used to bond the plastic grip tubes to the chrome bars. Don't use 5min araldite or other "standard" grip glues, they won't hold.

Although I haven't used any other products, I must say I am very happy with these and would recommend them to anyone.

congrats on your ZRX's !
I may be interested in rear shocks - depends on postage etc to the UK !
Will the front brake calipers fit the ZL fork legs ?
Do you have any reed valve blanking plates - I want to remove that silly clean air crap.
