ZL 600 Manual CD

I am going to scan the ZL600 Original manual in PDF format.

Any 6'ers who want a CD let me know I let you know when I get it finished.

The only cost will be an Envelope you send with postage to get it to you.

CD's are cheap and I am scanning it anyway.

Ask Marty if the pages were good enough to read.

Once I scan them for myself it will be a matter of burning a CD so I will do so if you want one.

Got three sections scanned only 13 more to go plus the Troubleshooting.

Some pages are a little off I am getting the hang of scanning and cropping.

In off I mean they are clear and clean just too much extra around the edges. Too long to rescan so some pages are bigger than they should be.

I am scanning then putting them all together Section 1, then 2.

So instead of 12 individual files there is one file with pages in PDF.

The Fuel System section is 8 megs alone. It might fit on a MINI-CD will keep ya informed.

Once done get with your post to find out what you need for postage to send an envelope to Cincinnati, and the SASE to get it back to you.
 
hello again sports fans.

dug into my front brakes again today.
front end was still shuddering after new tire and flush.
disassembled caliper, removed piston, thorough cleaning.

crud in there looked like flaky liquid varnish.

pumped the pistons out w/ lever pressure like i read somewhere.
had a fractured boot too.

anyway, very happy as front end has ceased shuddering.

1st time job for me. went well . thanks guys.
would have been an easy 2oo at local shop. then cats r steep.
 
I hear ya! The worst part is when you go to the shop and they don't even know what an Eliminator is! Seems that if it's not a crotchet or a V-twin they couldn't care less!
