1. Guest,
We need good tech writers that are willing to help out here at ZL-OA. If you like taking photos of jobs as you perform the steps on your repairs, have historical ads/documents from old magazines, or any else you think belongs in the Technical Library than you might be able to help. Send a private message to Furchin, Mudrunner88, Chris, Jarney, Wuputt, or Markus56 and we can lead you in the right direction to get started.

Well I started a maintenance schedule yesterday, but didn't get as far as I wanted too. I have to work on the driveway n' every time I start to do something people approach me to chat, which is fine, but can cause delays. Plus, if you are doing something like maintenance, it is best to put your spanners down chat & then wait till you are on your own to carry on!

Anyhow I looked up n' my right side rear grab-rail reflector was missing it was on there the day before, in fact I am sure it was on there the yesterday morning as i took the bike for a spin to get the oil warmed up. The part is 28012 n' I bet it is a "*****" to try n' find a replacement. I can't help feeling a bit "cheesed" off when things like this happen!

Loctite everything on guys, the lack of road maintenance takes its toll our motorcycles through stress n' vibration and when u find the occasional stretch of well maintained smooth road, riding is transformed into a joy again!

I think so, it's not just the reflector as they are mounted on a chrome plinth!

Postage from the USA is high in cost n' I am not sure whether this is down to EU Membership, if ZLOA had an arrangement whereby members bought stuff in their own countries n' posted them to "friends" in the club would this make a difference to costs? More parts are definitely available in the USA, Even from Japan costs are down from the USA N' from China costs seem minimal why?

:hello: The USPS wanted $73 to send a starter motor to England. The package weighs 2.5 LBS.
