1. Guest,
We need good tech writers that are willing to help out here at ZL-OA. If you like taking photos of jobs as you perform the steps on your repairs, have historical ads/documents from old magazines, or any else you think belongs in the Technical Library than you might be able to help. Send a private message to Furchin, Mudrunner88, Chris, Jarney, Wuputt, or Markus56 and we can lead you in the right direction to get started.

:hello: The ICON is a medium. I got it for free 6 years ago. The price tag on it was $260. I just got a new shield, ($30). hinges ($10) and hinge covers in flat black ($10). Also I bought a second set of liners ($25) so I rotate them every 6 months. ___________________________________________ IMG_7560.JPG IMG_7562.JPG

:hello: My decals are not scanned. Each one was typed out so was the drawing. The pics are blurred and not the decals. I'm not sure of the pic in post #6. I have 2 different ones for sale. One is for the EL250/ZL600 and the other is for the ZL900/ZL 1000. The only differance is the part # and one line which is the 3rd line down on the right pertaining to the clutch. Pic #1 is part # 56031-1568 is for the 250 and 600. Pic #2 is part # 56031-1425 IMG_7623.JPG IMG_7624.JPG IMG_7622.JPG For both the ZL9 & ZL10 uses a drawing of the ZL 9 as does the one for the EL 250/ZL 6.

:hello: I just now found a mistake in the text so I'm getting them redone. Look at the text at the very bottom center. It says no abnormal engine note :laughing7: should be noise. All decals are $6 each which is the average price after I totaled them. I'll have to find out what shipping is to France. I'm not making any money on these decals for members. If I put them on E-bay they will be a bit more. I'm not getting much input from members as of yet.

:hello: These are for the ZL 900/1000. The OEM ones had a silver back ground. I had them done in white for 3 reasons. 1. I would of had to get 250 of them made if I went with a silver back ground. 2. I could of had the back ground done in gray but the black text got lost in the gray back ground. 3. The white back ground looks so much better. Also these ones are about 1/4" wider & taller because if I went with the OEM size the text was not defined enough. This decals placement is on the inside of the left side cover. Kawasaki part # 56031-1503. ______________________ IMG_7628.JPG Does any one have one of these from the ZL 600 & 900. The text is different and so is the part #s if so can you post pics of them so that I can get them made. See pic #3. Top right text is the only thing that would be different so I think along with the part #s. IMG_7629.JPG IMG_7630.JPG My camera sucks at taking pics of text. I'd use my new so called smart phone but I can't up load pics from it to my PC. My old one I new how.

:hello: GOUSS: Do you have a ZL 900 or 1000. I'm waiting on some for the 900. Also I need to get some redone because of mistakes. Turn around time to have decals made is around a week or two.

RJ, you should be able to email the pictures to your email account then open and save them from there. Or connect the phone to USB on computer and on top it will say charging tap for options, there is an option to share phone files to PC and it acts like an external drive. That is the best way to back up your phone pics.

Can you get some frame stickers done, the ones from the steering head with unique data on them?

:hello: OK: Thanks. Are you talking about the ones with the VIN #. If so post up some pics of both decals. I need them so I can have both of mine done because mine are pilled back and the text is smeared up and I can't read all the wording. Them cost about $10 each because they are a one of one print. I'm going to get 2 of each made for my ZL 10.

:hello: The rest of the decals should be done next Friday. I got a tach break in decal from partzilla and the one that goes on the fuel tank refering to fuel over flow. I can also get them done. I also had some frame VIN decals made for our EL 250. I still need someone to post up legible pics of both frame decals for the ZL 6, 9 & 10. My ZL 10s are smeared and the text in some areas I can't read.

:hello: I need someone to post up pics of the ZL 6,9 & 10 both VIN number decals for each bike. I can't read mine. They have dirt between the decal and the clear film. Also I need to know on the ZL 9 which color decals for the tank and side covers goes with which years and colors. Black and red.
