Sturgis Rally 2006

Curious if any other Eliminator owners will be tearing it up this year in Sturgis? Looking forward to smoking some harleys. :twisted:
 
Going to do the Ronald Mcdonald house rally this Sunday, haven't been on a "real" ride in years. Should be fun. Have 2 friendly grudges to settle too. One of the guys i work with is going. Hes always talking smack against the Kawi Me thinks it may be payback time. See what his 800 lbs Yamadog really has, shoot hes only got me beat by 40% engine size.
Also am going to talk to the director of the RMH and ask him why he will allow a rally (money) and won't allow my daughter (entertainment) to bring in some karts and give a speech/video about kart racing. The kids could have sat in the kart and got their pic taken as well. I had, toys, prizes, stickers, and a national champion lined up as well. They blew me off like I was a waste of time, but I could have guaranteed that we would have put a smile on the lips of any kid who ever watched racing or wished that they were on the track in their dreams instead of fighting for their lives in reality. I'm still a little pissed about this and it was 2 years ago.
 
Damn moped rating!!! Hey mark how about at least a "scooter" rating instead!!
 
Lowlife, keep posting and you'll get off that moped in very short order. :rotf: Post some of your pics on here and you can show how proud you are of your daughter at the same time. I forget what the steps are for different levels but we all go through it and don't worry "Prospect". :stir:

Just out of curiosity, what kind of bike does your buddy have? I blew past a buddy on his "modified" warrior, only took shifting into second.

Sucks having them blow you off on the kart.
 
He has a yami royal star 1300. Fairly heavily modified.
Yea my daughter knows first hand what its like to be in the hospital all the time, she could talk to these kids as one of them. Let them know "never give up" cuz you can beat it. Give em some hope. Plus shes a veteran public speaker.
