BAAAAD Time for a Blow Out!! Guess that's the chance you take when you wanna sell those "Trick" video's!!

I did it, I finally got the job done and got my beautiful wife, Rachel, pregnant....Only about 2 weeks, so I don't know yet if it is a boy or girl. (I'm hoping boy, but, it's not really up to me...)
I wanted to share this with my loyal ZL brethren as soon as I heard, and I will be keeping the bike regardless of the fact that I will soon be a daddy.....That is a SCARY thought!!!
moab...

:D " CONGRADULATIONS MOAB ! " it may have taken a while, but you have to admit, there's no better feeling than knowing you helped to create a life ! now the fun starts ! reading books, planning baby's room, the intense feeling of wondering what is going on every second inside your wifes belly, & the day the baby is born, it'll make even the manly man cry in joy !! again, congradulations to you, & your wife :D CHRIS

Again, congratulations. Having a baby is the best feeling in the world. Remember though, spoil the hell out of em! :dancingfool:

Hey, congrats Moab! i don't have any kids myself yet. I spend a lot of time with my nephews though. I look forward to hanging out with them as soon as i leave them. This is the beginning of a lifetime of incredible memories for you. Enjoy it!!

CONGRATULATIONS MATE , LETS HOPE THIS BABY COMES OUT EASIER THAN THE ONE IN THE BASEMENT(FOR THE WIFE SAKE) WELL DONE THAT MAN..... :good luck: :groupcheers: :drunken: ANDY

Congratulations Moab! :cool10: :groupcheers:

I'm not planning on any kids for a while yet, so don't know the feeling, but if I can make it over next year then I'll definitely buy you a drink as a belated celebration.

I'd be a bit worried if they had to pull it out with a truck Andy!

Congratulations Moab and missus. :groupcheers: And when your missus demands you sell the bike because it's too dangerous and she doesn't want junior to grow up without a daddy, remind her which baby came first :stir: Enjoy all the time you have together, they grow up quickly and all you'll have is memories. :groupcheers:

Hey MO, Congratu F*^Kin lations. It will be a bouncing baby MOAB. We must design a little Eli for the tyke now. This way you can ride with your kid down a few years the road.
All the very best.

That is great news Andrew!!! Congratulations to you both!! You both have a world of joy and pain ahead of you. I hope the pregnancy goes well for you both. Enjoy the house re decoration in the months leading up to the birth, start workin overtime now buddy!!!

Start looking forward to the 6th month, when you can see knees n elbows moving across rachels bump, that's awsome!!!

I have 2 kids and they're the best thing to happen to Carol and myself, it's great to start a family. My two are now at an age where their legs are long enough to reach the rear pegs on the back of my ZL, and they love ridin on it.... that is a funky feelin, to have your kid on the back of a bike you've had since before you met their mammy.....

Congrats! Having kids is great, a lot of work but worth it. When my son was born, that moment will be one that I will always remember.

Congratulations MOAB and wife. :dancingfool:

I don't think there can be a more significant and joyous moment - enjoy every moment of it.
PS start converting the basement so that its sound proof :stir:
Well done mate,

How Fathers Were Created

When the good Lord was creating fathers, He started with a tall frame.

A female angel nearby said, "What kind of father is that? If you're going to make children so close to the ground, why have you put fathers up so high? He won't be able to shoot marbles without kneeling, tuck a child in bed without bending or even kiss a child without a lot of stooping.

And God smiled and said, "Yes, but if I make him childsize, who would children have to look up to?"

And when God made a father's hands, they were large and sinewy.

The angel shook her head sadly and said, "Large hands are clumsy. They can't manage diaper pins, small buttons, rubber bands on ponytails or even remove splinters caused by baseball bats."

And God smiled and said, "I know, but they're large enough to hold everything a small boy empties from his pockets at the end of a day, yet small enough to cup a child's face."

And then God molded long, slim legs and broad shoulders.

The angel nearly had a heart attack. "Boy, this is the end of the week, all right," she clucked. "Do you realize you just made a father without a lap? How is he going to pull a child close to him without the kid falling between his legs?"

And God smiled and said, "A mother needs a lap. A father needs strong shoulders to pull a sled, balance a boy on a bicycle or hold a sleepy head on the way home from the circus."

God was in the middle of creating two of the largest feet anyone had ever seen when the angel could contain herself no longer. "That's not fair. Do you honestly think those large boats are going to dig out of bed early in the morning when the baby cries? Or walk through a small birthday party without crushing at least three of the guests?"

And God smiled and said, "They'll work. You'll see. They'll support a small child who wants to ride a horse to Banbury Cross or scare off mice at the summer cabin or display shoes that will be a challenge to fill."

God worked throughout the night, giving the father few words but a firm, authoritive voice and eyes that saw everything but remained calm and tolerant. Finally, almost as an afterthought, He added tears. Then He turned to the angel and said, "Now, are you satisfied that he can love as much as a mother?"

The angel shutteth up.

Congratulations

Well that is just AWESOME Moab! I too have had the pleasure and pain of raising children! Everyone is right, nothing in life can compare with helping bring a life into this world, not even "Eli"!

CONGRATS TO YOU AND THE WIFE!!!
