A JOKE TO BREAK THE TENSION

I called a friend of mine last weekend and asked him if he would like to go riding. He told me he could not because his Hemerhoids were killing him.
I asked if he has ever used preperation H and he said that he had eaten 4 tubes of it and it did not do anything.

Bad A*#

Had them once. Got them surgically repaired. After that they called me "P A H " Can you guess? The "P" is for perfect. That Preparation H stuff didn't help, besides that after the first tube, it tasted funny. Beer tastes and works better.

Drag Racing: Just wondering what y'all did to conform to the ignition cut-off rule?

At the tracks around here (Atco Raceway is my home track) you're required to attach something, much like what you find on a JetSki. It's a "rope" around your wrist that will pull the ignition switch to the OFF position if you happen to fall of your bike.

What I usually do is just go down to the dollar store and get one of those "phone cord" keychains. Clip one end to my glove and tap a screw into the ignition switch.

Therein lies my problem, I do not want to mar this bike in any irreversible way, so I don't want to just screw something to my switch. Can anyone provide me with a little schematic for the right hand control? I'm thinking I could fabricate a grounding pin or something that I could pull and it would shut off the bike.

Thanks for any tips,

-Fran

Dont know if I'd go to the trouble of fabricating something fran... you'd probably be better off to go buy the real deal on ebay or somewhere. I had one fitted to my FZR 500 for drag, I think I paid €10 (about $15usd). Mine was wired into the ignition. It'd be easy peasy to fit as the ZL has the tube handle bars, just clamp on and run the wires tidly into the headlamp bucket... good idea even if the drag strip doesnt require it fitted...
