I was thinking about bidding on it. The seller tells me about $10-$15 for shipping. Not sure of the condition so I think I'll pass. Go for it if you think its a good deal.
 
Naaaahhhhhhh. It's over $50 now, thats what, 65 with shipping? I dont think i need it.
 
I "temporarily" put a windshield on my ZL1000 about two years ago for a long weekend ride. My plan was to put it on to ride the highway and take it off for the backroad trips that took place over the weekend. It has been on ever since. It makes a tremendous difference in fatigue and comfortability. I purchase the windshield through Chaparral Motorsports for around $80 or $90 brand new.
 
I've been looking for a shield too. I checked Chaparall and all the shields that looked like they would work were out of stock. I also checked JC Whitney and they have a maier shield for cruisers in smoke and clear for 62.50. :P
 
You might want to check Dennis Kirk also. They have about 10 pages of windshields. Some are universal and aren't specific to a certain bike, you know where it says that it's this wide and fits around this size headlight. And they also have some that are listed for the Eliminators, but they seem to be higher priced.
 
memphis shades has a windshield called the roadmaster. it is a fairing style and i have one on my ZL 1000 and also on my ZL 600 works just fine and looks great. You have to modify a little for the 600 though. good luck. try mawonline for windshield. cost is 138.50 plus shipping
 
I wanna say how fuking gratefull I am for this site, and how wonderfull guys like "MOAB"=Andrew are, as well as mark and the others, the people from here have made owning an "Eliminator" much fun and as much worth the anticipation as I knew it would be worth. THANK YOU GUYS..... you have a place thats been "ELIMINATED" just for you in heaven. good people ...........
