Posting States and City's

Just a Thought, But if all the Members Could Post there State and City on The Members List it Would Make it a Lot Easier to Know WHO's WHO When Trying to get a Meet Together, It Would Be Nice To Know If there are Members Close to An Event or Not, Later Rocky :twisted:
 
I agree with Rocky, it doesn't hurt anything to post your city and state and it can only help YOU in the end. Rocky and I live in the same state and I have never met Rocky. He has asked me to ride with him to Mid Ohio this year and I regret not being able to. I am from Marion, Indiana as well as zoomzoom, he and I have pm-ed a few times, have never met but, I know he is around if I want to ask for advise or tech support. I see also that Jarney is close by, it helps to know who you are dealing with, somewhat, when buying parts or asking for advise. I would like to meet with everyone in Indiana at least ONCE a year. But, to be honest with you, I didn't realize the FOLLOWING these bikes had until I found this website. I thought I was a weirdo thinking this nearly twenty year old bike was the s**t. Boy, was I wrong!

I live somewhere near merilville and valparaiso indiana(that's all i'm willing to say), basiclly about 20 mins, from chicago and 1 mile from lake michigan...
Anyone else here north western indianans?

Hell, I'll post my street address.
Unless some of you guys are planning on making a trip to Nova Scotia,
I'll be riding alone, cause I think that there's only one other running ZL9 in the whole province (State).

I just went to the singlemost important and largely attended event in Atlantic Canada, this past weekend. The Suzuki, Parts Canada, Superbike Championships. Over 16000 people in attendance. Hundreds of bikes in the parking areas. Gixxers, ZX's, ZRX's, R1's, R6's, VTX's, F4's, F3's, CBR's, Harley's, Vulcan's, Road Star's, Wing's, Night Hawk's, Shadow's...
... Not one single, Eliminator

Sorry I missed you. I just moved from Nova Scotia to Newfoundland and took my Eli with me. Matter a fact I only bought it last summer in Kingston off the second owner. I gotta say ....... I LOVE this bike !!!!! :twisted:

I have found two other brothers.
A ZL6 right here in town.
A ZL9 about 100 miles away (Gonna meet him tonight)
And there's another ZL9 in town in a basement of a friends house. I new he had bought one new in 85 but when he moved to Ontario, about 2000 miles away I thought it went too. In fact it never left and resides in his brothers basement. It has 8500 miles on it.

My intent is to get these guys on board. I guess I'm a self appointed KERA recruiter.

I think it's important to be a little more specific on address and locations. As Rocky said when he posted this, If we are going to be effective in assisting one another, it is of great advantage to know who may live near you for advise, parts and support.

Come on guys if you want us to take your questions and comments seriously, update your profile to include just your town.

None of us are likely to jump threw your monitors and assault you or anything.
Well, most of us. There are couple of questionable individuals though. I don't need to mention any names. They know who they are.

Hey Bob, Hope your not refering to me :twisted: ,Anyhoo the Idea is to see how many Members are Located to a Central Meet Point, Got at least 6 in Indiana, 2 in Kentucky, 4 in Ohio, So are there any More that would be Intrested in Meeting in Mid Ohio Next Year. Any Long Distance Riders can Truck or Trailer their Bikes. Think its Time to Start Thinking about this as Winter is not Far Away, Later Rocky. Anyone not Wanting to Post on the Forum can add their Town,State in the Members Area. :twisted:

I have found 2 more ZL9 owners locally, and a pair of 6's.
I just have to get them to sign up.
 
Here in the upper northwest KTM has a huge presence, they are EVERYWHERE! I am too short for them or I would have one I like them KTM duke,, as moab says "those make me hard"....... being under 5-9 I think I have found one that would fit.

not sure the specs. I do recall it will do zero -60 in 4sec..... I am thinking I can pretend to be Michale Schumacher when I drive it!
