When I bought the ZL6 a couple of weeks ago it came with no keys, I removed the ignition barrel and took it to 2 locksmiths who both said it cant be sorted.
After a brief phone call I sent it to Express autokeys in Kent uk, they made me 2 new keys matched to the lock set for £30 inc VAT (tax for those across the pond) and return postage. Total turn around time was just 4 days, Excellent service and I'd definitely use them again.
