It won't make it run all the time only when the low temp sender tells it to instead of the high temp one... If the 900 has the same color wires heading to the same relay there should be no reason it won't work... Good luck...
 
This is good to know.I was wondering why there were 2 temp. sensors
on myZL 900.
When I started the conversion I noticed there`s one on the rad.and
one on the thermo. housing and thought it strange.
The ZRX has only one on the rad. and it`s a pos.trigger(2 wires)
whereas the ZL has 1 wire so I take it that it`s a neg. trigger.
 
yesterday my longtime buddie went for a spin on his 06 vn750 ~his 46th birthday pres from his wife~...... heres what it came home looking like:

he is ok. busted thumb and bumps and bruises. but has told me they wont replace it at a new bike cost, Blue book value only..... he has said he will quit rideing now.......... Sad we have been rideing together since 79........ but I still have Bull to ride with.
 
Yea, just glad he's ok, what happened? I've had a couple of accidents over the years and it's always hard to get back on. All the best to him for a quick recovery.
 
Thank God he is well, best wishes from the Moabs....Try and talk him out of quitting the hobby (or should I say habit...)...

Ya gotta get straight back on (as soon as ya stops hurtin'). Take a look at my ZL in the gallery after a deer ran out in front of me. I couldn't wait to get it back again.

The metal bits will mend.

Good to hear he's ok. I agree with KK, he needs to get back on asap. When I got knocked off my Ninja I screwed up the nerves in my shoulder, as well as writing the bike off. I could barely move my arm for 4 months, I couldn't lift it even 15cms from my body, until I had an operation. Since then I've regained almost full movement, but I have a serious loss of strength, I can only just lift 1 kilo above my head.

I was back on a bike before I could even lift my arm above my shoulder. I was happy that I could reach the bar while sat on it.
