Try AVG antivirus, it's free to download. Have you tried googling for the Trojan? Normally tells you ways to get rid of it.

give spyware doctor a go free to download and try did the trick for me when i had a bugger we couldnt get rid off.
also try nod32

avg antivirus and antispyware should get it for you. If not note the infected file locations and reboot into safe mode and remove them there. I have had good luck using ccleaner first then run the utilities

I've been using AVG for quite a while too with no troubles. It's a good program for free. As for your problem, I found this just doing a google search, try this removal software - free. I have not used it but I hope it helps you. Later.

Got rid of it with Stopzilla for $19.95. AVG didnt work, although it did find another trojan that I didn't know I had. Stopzilla found 188 objects and got rid of them although it added about ten seconds to my boot time.
FYI- I got this trojan by downloading an active-x control for youtube.
