warning replacement rear light wireing

as you all know i knackerd the rear end of the bike.
well the replacement rear light comes ready wired so connected as it came but.
a mate followed me the other day told me there was no brake light.
there was when the lights were off but not when lights were on.
the problem is the earth wire is in the wrong place on the light unit you need to take the pins out and put them in the correct place.
so if you need to replace the light test it in place with lights on then press the break if it lights all well if not do the above as you all know you need to remove a far bit of bits to get to the connection.

Had all sorts of things from Wemoto and always been fine. What bike is it for? I can't see a rear light on their site for a ZL600.
