Accel wires ??

Hey everybody!!
I want to put a new set of accel wires on my zl900 and was wondering if anybody knew the proper size/resistance to use? Also,If I am going to put new wires I was going to try to find coils also, is this an easy job or is it a pain in the :roll: ?? Can anybody tell me where to possibly purchase these items? I have done some work to it already this winter,I polished the foot peg brackets and rear brake bracket.I had a guy at work re-cover the seat and I took off the duck-bill fender and painted it like the 86's mine is an 85. As always I enjoy reading all of your posts to attempt to learn as much as I can about these bikes!! Just remember for those of us that live in a winter climate......SPRING IS COMING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D :D
 
Try Dale Walker's Holeshot web site. I'm sure it will pop-up near the top of a web search.
 
Why couldn't you just get some high quality spark plug wire from your local auto speedshop and make your own using the ends from the original
wires :?: Saw a used set of Accel wires for an Eliminator on eBay going for well over $50, but that seems rather ridiculous to me. 8O

Something tells me that I can guess one of the more important attractions to that site for you Moab. It wouldn't happen to be the young woman wearing a fishnet body stocking draped across the first Eli on the pictures page would it? :D

Go for it! We can just play it by ear. Just like the language used. So far nobody has complained about our language.
