ZL1000 Custom made cupped seat review

Just want to give a product review of the custom seat for the ZL1000 that Bacchus offers in his ZL store. I bought this seat in Mid-Ohio from him this year and let me tell you guys.....it's an awesome upgrade! After locating a decent sissy bar pad core, I sent it to him recently and had it recovered to match the seat. Both are well made and quite a bit softer than the originals. The first thing you notice when you sit down on it is that you don't feel the seat poking you right in the tail bone like the OEM one does. Front and rear seating are both scooped out and gives your butt a nice contour to sit in and the pad is re-designed to be thicker at the top to give some extra support for the passengers' lower back. There are no disappointments in this upgrade and it's well worth the money invested IMHO. Just rode the bike 400 miles this weekend and had NO issues with the tail bone!! thanks for taking the time to write your review. I am very happy that you are enjoing your new custom saddle, I am also very happy that it is making the long rides more comfortable and enjoyable for you !!

I got a new design made that has not been yet been seen ..... I will try to post up with the ZL1000 "tourmaster" saddle soon !! this will be the third design I have put together for the zl1000's

not quite exactly sure how many of these custom seats we have sent out at this point, I would guess at a dozen or so...every one that gets made just seems to be a bit more bad arse than the one before it. I know there quite a few of you guys out there with these super cool custom seats on your ZL's. I was wondering if I could get you guys to do me a favor?? would love it if you guys would go onto theZLstore.com and post up a review there about your seat, and if you guys are willing to, a picture of your ZL with the MCM custom seat on it posted up on this thread would be awesome !!

the seats are all hand made and while they are very closely based on the same design they are not carbon copy seats, each one is unique in is own subtle way. My seat guy is a true artist and he raises cain with me if I try to make him do identical seats. He is right. this way if you run into another ZL rider with one of our custom seats, you dont have to see your exact seat on another guys ZL. This makes each one a one of a kind. pretty cool. I think this may be the best item in the store.
