ZL900 & ZL1000 Desktop Backgrounds

air cleaner cover

Just purchased a 95 eliminator 900, looking for a left chrome air cleaner cover. Thanks to anyone that can help.

Those covers are like gold. There is one on eBay for $110.
 
Those air box sidecovers might be like gold .. but they're actually "chromed" hehehehe :wink: :P :D

Seriously though ... BikeBandit has them listed @ USD$87.65ea plus shipping

Use their Parts Finder .. the Kawasaki part number is 36001-1295 for the left hand one and 36001-1296 for the right hand one.

Or the BikeBandit part numbers are 582425-001 for the left hand one and 582426-001 for the right hand one

They had them in stock, no need for back-ordering when I got mine.

I got one of each about 4 months ago, went for their express delivery, pretty expensive but had them within a week to Australia. I think they have a cheaper delivery option ...

PS: Those parts number show in the Kawasaki Parts cross reference as fitting all the ZL900's and ZL1000's ....

ronayers.com is cheaper than B-bandit on just about everything.
 
Yep good point MachIV .. didn't think of Ron Ayers ... he/they don't/won't ship internationally whereas BikeBandit do.

That was why Ron Ayers didn't come immediately to mind and is why I haven't used them previously, being here in Oz.

You're right though, Ron Ayers has the sidecovers listed @ $72.32 ea which is quite a bit cheaper than BikeBandit.

That sure is better that $110. Thanks for the direction, seems like a pretty good site, reasonable prices compared to other ones.
 
Hi Guys,

I was doing a cleanout of my photos and document files tonight and I found some old desktop backgrounds and I thought how you guys might like to have them on your computer background. If you save them directly to C:/WINDOWS as bitmaps (I'm running Win98SE, but the command path may be different if you're using WinNT, Me, 2000, XP or Vista, god knows what it is on iMac), they should be listed in your active desktop in the list within "Display Properties".

I also found a website to download photos of most models of Kawasaki bikes made.
