miss@600rpm and up

I hane an 1985 zl900 with new K&N's,stage3 kit,4into1.The bike will miss when accelerating from 45mph(the full twist) then she'll clear up! :? :? :?,Oh! She idles perfect and starts even better.
 
K&N seems to have kinda screwed up on the jet size.

If you have the kit go down a size it should have power in all ranges.
 
Is it missing or hesitating (flat spotting)? I had a problem at 5K rpm that the bike flat spotted out and it was a pinched value slide.
 
I was wondering if the front suspension from a ZX 750 will fit the Eliminator? I have a chance to get a ZX750 with the motor gone and if it fit I buy it and sell the rest.Thanks.

In my search for the forks for my 900, I thought that the zx750 forks are 38mm forks like the Eliminator. The zx750 fender mounts differently though. I think?
 
You`ll need to swap stems,have em both pressed out and you`ll most
likely need to "sleave" the ZX lower to accept the smaller
diameter ZL stem.
