Did you watch sunday nights game? If you did...just think how much better the Seahawks would be with today's Tony running it...

Uh, no. Wilson is a better qb in his second year than Romo ever was or will be. I was going to post the you tube of last years hawks vs cowboys game, but i just ended up watching it without posting it. And that was just Wilsons second game as a rookie.

:hello: Today's Yesterdays Or tomorrows. What is good about him. After this year he will be done as a Cowboy. Tebow is better. :laughing7: Big Ben's Rookie year he won 13 straight games.

You guys all suffer from an inability to differentiate between poor line play and poor quarterback play. I'm done with this discussion because it is boring and redundant. Just like in 1990 and 1991 when I told people the same things about Aikman and poor line play made them believe Steve Beuerlein and even Steve Peluer were better choices. They were wrong then, the same way you guys are wrong now. He just needs consistent line play to be successful.

He is set to get that now for the first time in his career. All we can do is wait and see at this point. So there's not much to discuss for at least another 4 or 5 games when you and these other people will get a better appreciation of his ability.

FWIW..many of the Aikman haters hated him all throughout his career and claimed his success was only due to his teammates superior talent. I suspect one or two of you haters will do that as well. Who cares...history will show who was right and minimalize all the hatred and pettiness. I'm good with that. If I'm wrong, I'm ok with that as well...but that's not gonna happen.

:hello: Redundant just like the loosing Cowgirls. Ya this thread needs to end. Just hope for your sake the Cowboys win it all.

We can discuss it in 4 or 5 games. I have a feeling you and I will have much to talk about by then...good or bad...

I have been a Cowboys fan since 1971, when they played in their first superbowl, and I got to witness the greatest quarterback of his era, and one of the greatest of all time, perfecting his craft... I have been a Sooners fan since 1974, when my neighbor and favorite Permian Panther, Daryl "Moose" Hunt, went to OU and quickly went about setting the all time tackling record for that school. A record that still stands today...

My first NFL game with my dad was watching the cowboys play in Dallas, freezing at 15 degrees outside in box seats by sidelines at 8 years old with a hot chocolate and wrapped as tight as could be. My dad passed away 5 years ago but I will always be a cowboys fan

To give credit where credit is due...the experience of watching my own father and brother so engrossed in something was the very reason those playoffs and that superbowl in particular had such a strong effect on me at such an early age (I was 5) prior to that...I cared nothing at all abot football. Thanks for sharing.

:hello: I really did not start watching football until 1970. That is when my brother-in-law started dating my sister. He started taking me to the Steelers games in 1974. The player that sticks in my mind the most over the years is Jack Lambert. He was so emotional. Years later he became a PA Wild Life Officer & we was hunting near Pittsburgh & he stopped us & checked our I D. He was very rude.

:hello: In 1994 I was able to get 46 Steeler fans from work to go to Jacksonville's first game with the Steelers. It was a lot of fun. The tickets was only $26.50 each. Pittsburgh lost, then won the AFC Championship game only to go on & lose to the Cowboys in the Super Bowl.

im with G in post 226. I would rather have Wilson than romo, just seen tony choke to many times in critical moments in the game.

At least non of our former stars are auctoning off their super bowl rings! :rotf:
