Hey guys, thought I would give you a quick review on the Colorite Paint I used on the ZG1000.
They are very proud of their product! I paid roughly $300 for a pint of primer, pint of color, and a quart of clear, with reducers and catalyst.
The color match is damn near dead nuts on! I was really impressed with how well it matched. I only refinished the tank and fairing and they both have panels that butt right against them.
I did all the body work and prep myself. I have a good friend who works in a Body Shop shoot the paint for me. I didn't want to risk dirt in the job and it saved me from having to prep my garage like a surgical room!
