Not getting notifications

I’ve confirmed my email is correct and have tried toggling notifications on and off, any ideas?

Mudrunners reply is as follows,----------
(It's a problem with server authentication. After Mark''s son took over the account everything is in his name and I have zero access to server backend, my hands are tied.)------
So, unless Mark's son reads this thread and makes some changes, I guess things won't change. Sorry.
