For the past 25 years I've been using NOTOIL air cleaning products and K&N air filter spray on oils. The notoil filter cleaner is a white powder. It takes 4 to 6 OZs to about a gallon of water to clean a car/truck filter. Much less to do a motorcycle/ATV/mower air filter. This is the best product that I've found when it comes to cleaning filters.
