This is my first post to this forum.
I am from South Africa, down here at the bottom of Africa, where the lions roam the streets (sic)
We have formal Kawasaki South Africa, who imports and distributes Kawasaki products in Southern Africa. The same for BMW, Honda, Triumph, Suzuki. However through the years independent dealers have been importing used motorcycles into the country and selling those onto the used market.
These bic's do not appear on the official parts list for the different manufactures. They can normally only access those VIN numbers of bic's on the official imports list.
I have on of those bic's: Kawasaki Eliminator ZL 400,
VIN-ZL400A010715
Engine number: ZL 400AE009990
Question: Can anybody ID this model and where it was sold originally?
I will then start explaining my problems.
