With a "windfall" that fell into my lap, either choice allows me to Kepp this Poor neglected Zl I have........ would put me on the road this summer on a Kawasaki, YES I WILL HAVE A ZL ALWAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!,,,,, but I gotta look at this realistically, one ZL that I could TAKE MY TIME WITH........ and have a SECOND BIKE, something a bit more viable for grabbing huge miles with (couple long haul rides planned)...... the ZRX may be what the Dr ordered~, a second ZL just insures mine becomes a parts bike......... I hate to see that happen~.... a Connie would insure many miles but less time on the current bike.,... the ZRX insures I do ride, and yet makes me want to spend time with the current zl, and c'mon fellas.... limited production numbers,EDDIE LAWSON PAINT!. in a wile it HAS to be the next generation ZL.... dontcha think? just for a day. take 3k and say to yourself, "I will ride this year, I need to spend as little as possible, and it has to be a liter class bike KAWASKI"

I really do think that ZRX HAS to be sitting under my ass, keep my cureent Zl.... take my time. make her right, but yet still have a tire smoking giant killer al the wile not seeing myself coming towards me when I am raking up the miles.

Hell yeah, Buy the ZRX!
You need a reliable ride for the summer, if you got the cash to spare, why not. If you still have the sick ZL in your shop and you have some spare time to work on it... yeah baby. It would be a shame to rush the ZL project if you dont have the time etc. Summer is around the corner and that ZRX looks sweet. BUT you gotta promise to be faithful to the elim or we'll come around beat your ass.... just kiddin.... :D
Oh yeah, you gotta post some pics of your burnout on the ZRX when you buy it... keep the tradition goin... LOL

On a slightly serious note, you'd want to make sure the ZRX is reliable and running sweet or you might wind up with another scoot to call a P.O.S.......

Blag

Now that sounds like a plan. I haven't ridden a zrx or even a connie. But you know what i ride when not riding my zl. If a connie is anything like that then get a connie

I'm thinking along the same lines, keep the ZL for bike night hops but get the ZRX or Connie for the back country roads or a quick trip to Utica for Velvet ice cream on a nice summer day. I'm sure with the ZRX I would be all around Ohio, but with the Connie I would be all over the country.

BUT you gotta promise to be faithful to the elim or we'll come around beat your ass.... just kiddin....

I'm not kiddin.....I'll drive all of those miles over there, getting angrier by the 10th, and beat the **** out of you.....

Hugs & Kisses,
moab...

I just bought the pods for you and will send them ASAP, so you best clean them damn carbs again and put in the filter and give it another go or I'll kick your ass. Might take a long boot but I'll kick anyway. :D
