:hello: Guys I bought this back to black finish about a year ago. It works great but very expensive @ $50 shipped. It is a type of dye. :hello: I used this Solution Finish on my tank's shroud trim (2 sets) & my radiator plastic parts today. I use latex gloves then put the solution on my finger tips. This way you do not waste any because it doesn't soak into a rag. I rub it in & let it sit over night then rub it out with a lint free cloth. Nice.....I use Proprep which keeps my parts looking great but it doesn't have any dye in it. I imagine your stuff will do a better job with parts that's weathered more than the ones I have. Proprep is a silicone spray.
